Bus and taxi transfer services are available from the Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal to Island Leisure Resort.Please note that Island Leisure Resort requires credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges.Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into their apartment. Resort facilities are for the exclusive use of guests onlyGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Room was little to close to pool, games room and a main access path. Made the room a little noisey.

The room was great and very clean. Check in after hours was easy and the reception staff were wonderful and very friendly. They were also happy for us to keep our bags in the pool room after check out. Accommodation was close to the ferry terminal, Foodworks, and the bus stopped right outside.

The staff were welcoming and friendly, and went out of their way to make sure people were looked after. The room was clean and great value for money. The grounds were well looked after. Overall couldn’t fault it and will be back again.
