The staff was very friendly. And even let me know when i was able to collect keys if apartment was ready earlier. Which it was.

The boat arrives in Nelly Bay and the keys were available to pick up 100m away. The apartment is then a 5 minute walk. The apartment itself is very well equipped and has a nice balcony where you can watch the rock wallabies and all the harbour action. The IGA supermarket is a 5 minute walk and I'd recommend Fruits and Scoops for smoothies & coffee. Also Scallywags. We mostly self catered but we did eat out at Saltwater Restaurant - a 15 minute walk. Excellent food but £££. The bus routes are excellent and extremely cheap. It's not really worth renting a car. The apartment offers 4 pools to choose from - none are long swimming pools but good for dips and lounging. Strongly recommend getting out for some hikes on the trails. They are all manageable and well signposted. Just wear decent footwear. Plenty of Koalas to see. Worth going to see lots of the different beaches. Best snorkelling was Arthur Bay.
