This property suited me perfectly with very good wifi, private room with en suite bathroom, AC and excellent location - only 150m to the best beach in Negombo and very easy level walk to cafes and shops. As a mature age solo female traveller, I felt very welcomed and looked after. The manager kindly organised my transport to my next destination. I highly recommend.

Big natural light room with Mango trees in the yard, Quiet and close to the sun set beach and seafood restaurants. Friendly and helpful stuff. I was happy to come back again 4 days before flying back home. Not to forget the good bicycle I have got friendly offered to use this days.

A great stay! The owner was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended!
