Nalaka and Denis are wonderful hosts. They have built a lovely stay where you feel at home. They can arrange a boat tour, a taxi, and an Ayurvedic treatment. They also run a bistro (Centella Bistro) where we had our first Introduction to Sri Lankan curries. Nalaka is very passionate about his cats and dogs he rescued from the streets; it's heartwarming to see how well he treats them and how much they adore him. There is no need to worry: All cats and dogs are vaccinated for Rabies and they won't bite. The breakfast is also nice: we got yoghurt with honey, fruits, fresh bread, jam, and eggs.

Such a beautiful place to start our holiday in Sri Lanka. Beautiful room, swimming pool and comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious.

The best place we have been in Sri Lanka, amazing price for a place with pool and abundant breakfast (Sri Lankan yoghurt, fruit, eggs and bread). The host is incredibly helpful with everything you need. Rooms are spacious with a great view and clean. There are lots of cats and dogs, which we loved (just good to know if you are not an animal fan for whatever reason). We will come back and recommend it to everyone we know heading to Sri Lanka 🌱

Everything. Facilities and room were super modern and comfortable. We had the best night sleep ever, the night before our flight. Kettle, hot shower, blankets, lamps - everything was well thought out. Lots of nice hangout spots to read a book and chill. They even helped us dry our laundry in time for checkout! Cute rescue dogs and cats, and the owners were so lovely. Breakfast in the morning was a treat too! Definitely stay here when you’re in Negombo.

Everything was really nice. Good location near the beach and not so far from the airport. The room was big and clean, with all the needed facilities. The breakfast is very good and abundant.

Very clean and big room. Also really good breakfast. The best thing however is that the owner does so much to help and save local cats and dogs and that there are so many sweet cats and dogs to welcome you. 100% recommend!

My mom and I had a great stay at Villa Kapuru! The staff was very friendly, the rooms comfortable and the breakfast was also nice. We travelled by train to our next destination so they showed us the way to the station by walking with us, how nice!
