It was a lovely peaceful oasis off the main road. Our room was very big and comfortable. Nice beds and tea and coffee. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Very clean and well maintained.

Lovely hotel with excellent rooms and helpful staff. Stayed there twice after arriving in Sri Lanka as well as before leaving at the end of the trip. Everything is very clean and the pool is very nice. It’s refreshing to stay in a hotel like that compared to the other hotels in the area, with a nice outdoor area and quiet.

Room was beautiful and the breakfast was nice including orange juice, some salad, chicken sausages and egg. We enjoyed the pool as well. The beach is only a short walk away, across the street.

Great little paradise, was a lot better than we expected, just outside the busier part of the street, but so close to the amazing things in the beautiful main road. Felt well accommodated and great rooms! Photos could be updated online as I think this could improve bookings as I was skeptic, but it was really great place for the price.

The staff is very friendly and it is a great place to escape busy Negombo. The swimmingpool and yard are very clean and a perfect place to relax. Great value for money.

We booked BB basis for 3 pax for our girls night out . The room was very comfortables beds and clean room. We got a villa which is right in-front of the pool, therefore it felt like using a private pool villa where we had access from our room it self. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They have very few villas in property so the hotel is not a crowded place at all. Loved the room designed concept and interior. Garden was well maintained. We got an english breakfast with Tea, fresh juice, toast, sausages, eggs, potatoes, pan cakes, butter, jam & honey. It was not served as a buffet meal, but we liked what we got. They had a very ample parking spaces, and they made sure about the safety of our vehicle at night. Poruthota Beach is walking distance, but during the night time we took a tuk and went to browns beach which is like 1km away, since it is more safer in night.
