The apartment we rented was really big, featuring a kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms - comfortably sleeping 4 people. Everything was very clean. Staff was extremely polite and friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The villa offers a pool and a beautiful garden where you can have your breakfast. The villa is located a 5-min walk away from the Negombo beach and it is very easy to arrange a tuk tuk pick-up for a tour in the town.

Breakfast was lovely and it was a short walk to the beach. If you didn’t want to go to the beach, the pool at the hotel was really lovely!

The location was great. Walking distance to the beach and nice restaurants. It is set back in a quiet area. We enjoyed the pool and the quaintness of a small amount of rooms. The host was very nice and answered lots of questions prior to arrival.

The rooms were very comfortable, the garden beautiful and location quiet, peaceful and very near the beach, shops and restaurants. The manager and staff couldn’t have been more helpful, and the breakfast was great.

Very friendly and hospitable owners and staff! They made us to feel being at home. Calm and quiet surroundings guaranteed a good night sleep though it was only 5 mins walk to the main street. The breakfasts were fantastic!

A wonderful large breakfast for $6 US. Friendly staff. Restaurants and beach was a walk away. Beautiful kept gardens. Bottled water provided. We had the children in one room and we were in the other room. Very spacious and comfortable.
