This an older style hotel, it’s not decoratively immaculate, but it’s super clean. It has an open dinning area, offering great views of the sea while you are dining, in a great location very close to the beach. The hotels further up the beach are not as close to the sea. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.

Staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast, clean pool and good prawns! Lovely to wake up to a beach view on our first day in beautiful Sri Lanka. Arrived late at night and were welcomed with cold beer and a warm smile. All we needed after a long day travelling. Great first stop from the airport, ended up staying an extra night and heading back there before flight home. Good restaurant right opposite, few bars to choose from in area.

Fabulous location. Friendly, attentive staff who gave us some good tips.. Lovely breakfast. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Just gorgeous. Great value for money.
