Great location, right on the beach with many restaurants nearby. Large room with excellent view. Housekeeper, Dilshan, was very helpful and nice. Spacious common area downstairs.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and had groendly staff good facilities and nice cozy and calm environment. This property has direct access to Negambo beach and it located very close to banks, atms and the main road. I will 100% recommend this property to everyone come and have your vacation in this peaceful place.
