The property was in an accessible location, on the main road with local shops/ restaurants. It was ok to get our heads down the night before travelling to Colombo airport, I just don’t think the price reflected the facilities. I wouldn’t have stayed here if we were planning on staying in negombo for a few days.

Lovely sea view from our comfortable large room, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great on the roof terrace, beers by the pool perfect! Location is good being close to everything. We enjoyed our stay here.

Lovely staff! Always smiling and wanting to help in any way they could. The view from the rooftop restaurant was amazing. I had a prawn curry there on my first evening - delicious! The breakfast was really good too. Very generous!

Reception staff and management very good and helpful. Large rooms with ocean view. Amazing to see traditional fishing sail boats out to sea. Breakfast served at table on roof top 8th floor. Swimming pool good.

staff are super friendly and helpful. the hotel provided free airport transfer. we only stayed a few hours so did not experience meals, but we were able to order French fried to our room for our son.

Good location, Manu was a friendly manager. Staff were in general very friendly. Nice cool room.
