Ideal stop off prior to getting flight home. Staff were very helpful and let us use facilities after checking out. Nice pools and a good location for the airport and the beach.

Free shuttle to the airport was great and on time. The lady who checked us in and out was super friendly. We just ate fried rice in the restaurant as not much else around but it was good.

What a wonderful find! This is a real gem of a stay after a long night flight and before you venture on your travels. First I have to say that the family and friends who have built and run this wonderful place are so welcoming and accommodating, they will help you with anything you need. And always with a smile. Their son and young daughter also played an important part in running the business, which I thought was just wonderful. Let me tell you about the tropical gardens and hidden ponds full of fish and the gentle sounds of the frogs/toads at night Oh and the 2 well-kept swimming pools that were a welcome relief from a hot day. Although we did have a lot of rain. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfy. We had a free pick up from the airport but our plane was delayed so we were worried when we didn't find anyone but literally 10 minutes later a very welcoming smiley face came to pick us up. It was so easy to get a Tuktuk into Negombo which was really good fun. We fell in love with Sri Lanka from the very start. Thank you Optimum Residencies you were far more than we expected. Everything !! Almost like a resort ... two pools, one with a slide (for kids !). Fabulous staff / management - all friendly and smiling ! Airport shuttle - just 15 minutes. Great breakfast ! I had already arranged a driver, but apparently they will organize tours / driver for you.

This is a calm and pleasant hotel with a lovely garden and two different swimming pools. Our kids really enjoyed being there and we appreciated the calm away from all the chaos at Negombo Beach. The staff were very, very helpful and transported us from the airport.

Good location close to the airport. Tasty breakfast with plenty of different options. Nice and well maintained garden and pool area. Good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Free shuttle.
