The apartment was well located in Negombo, close to the beach, restaurants and small mini markets. The restaurant on the roof served a good hearty breakfast at a reasonable price. The apartment was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a small lounge and a kitchenette. I had a microwave and a table top hot plate whereas my friend who was in a different apartment only had the kitchen bench top hot plate. I didn't have an Iron but Sanjay who manages the apartment provided this when I requested it. Sanjay was a top host who was a valuable source of information for us, even arranging to meet us at the airport after midnight on our first day.

Stayed in Negombo many times. Most modern apartments we've stayed in. 2 apartments/1 person in each. Excellent location. It's really clean. Close to beach, restaurants, and a few bars. Photos are from roof pool but similar to views from apartment balcony.

We liked the property all together. Very convenient. All the restaurants in a walking distance. The apartment is nicely put together.

The apartment is pretty spacious and well maintained. The host was very friendly, where we were provided with a free pick up from the negombo town. There are quite a number of good restaurants to try out in the area, and the beach is at a walking distance from the apartment. Overall, the location is very convenient and worth the price. Would surely visit again!!

stunning view, big room, nice area with a lot of restaurants and shops around The hosts were very welcoming and friendly and also checked a transport from the airport for us.

Clean and renewed place. Big room. Access to rooftop pool and nice restaurant inside property. Very close to the beach. Very pleasant and flexible owner. Value for money is hard to beat.

The apartment was beautiful spotlessly clean had large fridge freezer, cooking stove bed was comfortable. Pool was stunning and views amazing.Hosts were friendly and communicated regularly to see if all was ok. Would definitely book again.
