Great location close to nearby restaurants and the beach. The property was very clean and had all the required amenities, the host had great communication throughout the stay and provided a wonderful experience overall. I would highly recommend and revisit.

It was really clean. The view from the room was lovely and the view from the rooftop pool is stunning. Staff at front reception were amazing and the host was responsive and helpful on text. Good aircon and comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The washing machine was helpful and efficient

It was very comfortable and everything was exactly the same as they mentioned in the description. Check in and check out was very smooth and the staff was very friendly. Even the owner was very polite and kind to respond to our messages as soon as possible. If you wish for a hassle free stay around Negombo this must be the place!!

Great views from room and amazing rooftop pool. This is a very comfortable apartment with good AC, fan, shower, bed. The breeze from the balcony was lovely. I really appreciated the washing machine and drying rack.

Location, facilities and view. I had to make last minute changes to my booking due to medical emergency. The property owner was very supportive and accomodated all our requests. A great man with a big heart!

Had a great stay. Very modern appartment with balcony overlooking Negombo and the ocean. Comfy bed, efficient AC and fan, all good and would return again. Tallest building in Negombo. Kind and prompt contact with owner before and throughout the stay via WhatsApp. The condo building has a 24x7 reception desk where the key was provided and also returned at departure. 2..3 Minutes to the Beach. Good selection of restaurants, shops within walking distance. Less than 30 minutes to CMB airport (Uber/PickMe). Bring your power adapters. All sockets are type G.
