Good location, close to the beach and lots of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Beautiful interior, very western, nice to have a TV. Bed was so comfy!!! The views from the roof, pool and balcony are incredible!!! Security kindly kept my bags until my evening flight.

The apartment is new, clean and very organised. Great location as well. Comparing to other facilities we stayed in Sri Lanka, this was an oasis of good quality.

Great convenient location for the airport for a one night stop over. Right by the beach and a couple of Italian restaurants nearby which are excellent. Modern clean comfortable apartment. Suresh the building manager was very helpful.

The space had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The attention to detail truly stood out. Communication with the property manager was easy and frequent. He was available for check in at the time I arrived and I was very rushed after an 10+ hour journey on the road and had to jump on a zoom call within 5 mins of arrival at the property. The manager helped me rush the check in process and was understanding that I had to work. The apartment itself was really nice, I wish I had stayed here longer. It is well decorated with lots of space, clean and the bed is really comfy. Manager even went out of his way to help me by bringing another hairdryer late at night when I couldn't get the one in the room to work. (Turns out it was the bathroom socket). Location seems great, I was only there a night before catching my flight the next morning but i managed to find a cool cafe and restaurant nearby. Checkout was made simple where I was asked to leave the key with security as I was leaving really early.

Great location and view of the beach. Room was very clean and well maintained. Check in went well. We thought the man that showed us to our room was Roshan but it was someone that worked for him. He was very helpful though.

The apartment was perfect - the bed was soo comfortable, the kitchen was really nice and you can watch the sunset over the sea from your balcony. The pool was usually empty and the views were amazing from the rooftop pool. Lots of choices of very good restaurants and takeaways around.

This an absolutely amazing apartment.We stayed here after 30days in SriLanka and having stayed in ten different hotels. This apartment beats the Marino beach hotel in Colombo.
