It’s a super super clean place, bed comfortable, shower and toilet new and super clean. I love breakfast and I love the most the owner, Basil that is in all the datails and help me a lot for example he arranged for me a bus and tuk tuk

Spacious, convenient accommodation where nothing was too much trouble. Lots of hot water. Useful little kitchen area.

The staff are very kind, paying attention to all your needs and addressing them very fast. Latha the cook makes the best local food I've had in Negombo and Basil is very competent and kind, helping us with all requests ranging from booking tickets for travel to recommending local tourist areas and all other useful information.

Everything was superclean. You can order a dinner for a reasonable price and it was tasty (normal simple sri-lankan style). Mr Basil is doing an excellent job in the guest-service. Definitely a good value for that price.

AC was working well, staff was friendly. I had to cancel early and they were trying their best to help me. There is a small fridge in the lobby and electric kettle in the room.

Mr Basil and Mr. Priya on arrival were very welcoming and friendly. Caring about how my fought had gone and making sure the check in process was quick and efficient. During my stay Mr. Basil was very conscious and attentive that my stay was good and comfortable. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for Mr. Basil and was always keen to help done with a smile and a kind word. I have to mention the food, both breakfast and dinner prepared by Mrs. Lathi. Both were of excellent quality and very delicious. I went for Sri Lankan breakfast which was a great choice. Tasty, plentiful and very well prepared. The first nights dinner was some of the best tasting food I have eaten in sometime. Mrs. Lathi’s dhal was out of this world. Thank you. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
