Good place. The room is comfortable and breakfast is nice. The problem is that was too noisy for me. Except that, the rest was fine.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was as booked and had a super comfortable bed. I slept very well. I had a very late checkin and they stayed up for me (1.30am). Breakfast is served on a rooftop terrace and very nice. I only stayed for one night so I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great. I walked to the beach which wasn’t far. The outside area in front of the room didn’t look as inviting and was right by where they keep the cleaning stuff like brooms etc, didn’t feel that private. Not so good- card payment had a 3% surcharge.

Nice place a few streets back from the beach, but totally in walking distance. Restaurants are close by as well. Breakfast was good (mix of english and sri lankan style), pool was nice (although water quality could have been a little better) Very nice personal (especially the man serving breakfast) that interacted nicely with our kid.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The property and pool area are clean and modern. Lovely breakfast freshly cooked on a morning. Staff are kind and helpful, especially arranging a free transfer for us to the airport. We will choose this property again if we return to Negombo.

We had a great stay! The pool was nice and a good spot to relax. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. For breakfast, there was only one option available, but it was tasty. The staff was friendly and made the experience even better.

A quick pit stop before flying! This place is comfortable with a bonus swimming pool. Within walking distance to restaurants and the beach.

It’s a nice little boutique hotel, tucked away in Negombo. For the fact negombo is really no more than a transit stop near the airport at the start or end of your trip, the hotel is more than satisfactory. There is a decent pool and the breakfast is good.
