The hotel is situated in a quiet location just a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants, and a beautiful beach. Breakfast was lovely as were the staff/owner.

Beautiful house, with huge rooms. We got the room with a nice private terrace with the view of the front entry and swimming pool. We had to spent a night in Negombo because we had to give back our rental tuk tuk and we had a very late/night flight home. The guy that runs the place made as a fantastic traditional breakfast, we were able to park our tuk tuk in the garden. He let us stay in the house after check out. So we were able to rest on the sofa in the huge living room, use the bathroom and the swimming pool. The best thing in Negombo was this place

This is a very friendly villa, the host was attentive and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and rooms comfy. I would happily stay here again.

Very nice place to stay and relax in Negombo, the pool entrance is directly from the room. Cozy and clean room, excellent breakfast (you can choose), great value for money. Amazing staff - Anton helped us anytime we needed and arranged a transfer to the airport early in the morning.

The guesthouse is a light and airy traditional villa-style building with lots of common spaces and it is well located, with just a few minutes walk to the beach, the main street with restaurants and a supermarket. The host, Anton, was extremely helpful and friendly and will happily organise transport or sightseeing for you. The pool was refreshing and clean and there is a kitchen with a washing machine, two burner stove and fridge, so you can fix light meals there if you want to. Breakfast was good too and, if you wish, Anton will make you a Sri Lankan breakfast!
