This is the perfect place to stay in Negombo. everything is close. You can walk to the beach in maybe 10 minutes. It's also close to the city center and the airport. Cees and Chandi have created a great place with a family atmosphere. Very tasty breakfasts are served under the covered veranda and Cees is always available to advise and help. He will always help with transport and give some valuable tips. I had a great room with my own exit to the private jungle with lush plants and parrots. I will definitely come back to this place😃

Lovely stay! Great breakfast, spacious room and fantastic location. Thanks Cees and his wife for a wonderful welcome to Negombo. Also great that you can get a pick up from the guesthouse, makes the start of the holiday easier.

It was a great few days spent in this very place. Everywhere was clean and calm. Very good breakfast, especially fresh fruit. the owners were very nice and helpful. I'm going back there in three weeks.

Cozy rooms and the hosts were more than perfect and organized everything from airport transport to tuktuk to bus station. Location is quite and nice with backdoor gardens.

great location, host helped us with directions to get to our next city and everyrhing was Okay. Bathroom was not moldy. He picked us up from the airport at night. Close to train station

The family was super friendly, and nothing was too much. From very early morning pick up and allowing me a bed to sleep while my room was made ready. Breakfast every morning superb and kept me going till evening.. Also arranged a took took to take me on to my next hotel Would highly recommend a stay here
