A perfect t place for a couple or family to stay in Negombo. It’s near everything but is down a lane, so is quiet. Easy walk to the beach. It’s like having your own home away from home. Rajah is the best host I have ever encountered in 40 years of travelling. A true gentleman and genuinely cares about his guests.

The owner Rajah was very helpful and friendly. We booked the 3 bedroom villa and so it was nice to have the whole place to ourselves including the lounge room and kitchen. I organised an airport transfer as I was arriving after midnight and it was an easy and efficient pickup. The place is conveniently located only a few minutes walk from the beach and shops.

Amazing villa with a very friendly and sociable host. The house it’s situated in a quiet area near the Main Street. The rooms are clean and the owner very helpful with anything you need. It was a pleasure to meet him and stay in this Villa. Thank you so much. We recommend it 100% for the next tourists.
