Everything was 10/10. Everything was spotless. The staff could not have done more to make us feel special and at home. The food was absolutely incredible, such a special dinner having it on the roof. Honestly, not recommend this spot more once you land. Seamless driver pickup from the airport, we felt relaxed instantly and so much so we'll be now coming back before we leave. Absolutely recommend.

Anton and the team provided a unique experience and a very warm welcome to Negombo. The happy and professional team make this property a special experience. A rich cultural city, well worth staying at least a few nights to experience all Negombo has to offer. Very close to the beach and convenient for local shopping, away from the tourist hot spots. One of the best nights sleep we experienced on our trip, the rooms are luxurious and food delicious. Great pool for cooling off after a day of exploring. Perfect view point, with a cold beer of the rooftop terrace. Bonus complementary airport transfer.

The hotel staff are what really make this place. They are so helpful and welcoming- nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are big,well equipped with comfortable beds. The breakfast is great and varied. We also had lunch there which was also delicious and good value. There is roof top bar with a great view and the pool though small was great for a refreshing dip. Walking distance to town and beach but away from the hustle and bustle. Great little hotel and includes airport pickup in the price.

Lovely place hidden away in a quiet location but only a very short walk to restaurants/bars/beach. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We had both the Sri Lankan & English breakfasts. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were nice and bed very comfortable
