We had a wonderful stay. The owners were so helpful, organising trips for us and cooking beautiful Sri Lankan food. They could not have been more helpful and kind. The homestay is in a lovely quiet street, walking distance from the beach and tourist area. Thoroughly recommend.

The host family was incredibly friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was very tasty and affordable – I thoroughly enjoyed it! The room was spotless, and I was impressed by the cleanliness. What stood out most was that they allowed me to check in early so I could rest and recover from my jetlag. They even apologized for not being able to clean as thoroughly as usual because of my early check-in, but honestly, I couldn’t imagine how the room could have been any cleaner! Additionally, the neighborhood felt very safe to me as a solo female traveler. I had no concerns walking around alone even in the dark. The beach as well as supermarkets, shops and restaurants are in walking distance, so it's a great place to spend a few relaxing beach days.

Very nice accommodation, close to the sea. Super friendly owners who invited us to a family celebration, which was an amazing experience on our last day in Sri Lanka. Excellent breakfast. The airport transfer at night (which I was a bit worried about) went smoothly, everything was precise and on time. Thank you so much once again! We had a wonderful time staying with you.

We were warmly welcomed by Kamila and Jude in this small, quiet hotel with air conditioned rooms and fast internet. The food and tea prepared by Kamila was delicious. Jude organised for us an interesting trip in Negombo in his tuctuc and later to the train station for our next destination. There are many restaurants nearby and small food stores. The airport is in distance of 12 km. We recommend Alexandra Family Villa.

The host is super friendly, he helped us with so many things, we even woke him at 4am to get us a taxi because our Uber failed and he was not angry at us at all :P I highly recommend this place after landing and before departure, bacause it's really close both to the airport and the beach
