We had a great time in Negombo; the place is in the central location, close to good food. Samantha, the hotel manager, made our stay super comfortable — thank you for that!

Overall, great value for money. The location is 5 min from the beach (non-hotel's, free); lots of restaurants, shops, ATMs nearby. The room features all the essentials for a long stay (a small private kitchen is in). The host was extremely accommodating, which made all the difference for our stay.

Very nice room. Almost every facility was there. we was able to enjoy the freedom trip. The Staff was very friendly. Located very close to the beach. Very good value for money.
