I loved everything about this property. The staff is very welcoming. We was welcomed by Adarsh. Amazing person. All staff are very kind, Location is just perfect from airport (4minutes drive), Food is delicious :) We have been staying at flora since last 10years whenever we have visited Kerala. Keep it up guys.

Great team, works to make your stay extraordinary! near to the airport, free bus to and from the airport ( required pre-request through wahtsapp upon arrival). We had a little issue, then the Manager Arnu solve it with full of our satisfaction.

We always book flora hotel for airport journey as their service is exceptional and this time we got a free upgrade to their suite room and I must say it was phenomenal. We really enjoyed it and my parents were also happy with their service and food.

The location to the airport was less than 5 mins which was great. The staff were friendly, professional and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home in the hotel! The property was spotless and very well maintained in all areas of the building. My room was beautifully decorated and I had everything I could possible want in the room. The outdoor swimming pool was fantastic and very peaceful, however if you were feeling a little more energetic then there was table tennis, darts, board games, trampoline etc available! The spa was a lovely place to visit and very reasonable priced. The restaurant was again decorated tastefully and had a lovely atmosphere but the real gem is the food quality and options. I had both the buffet breakfast and dinner and was blown away by the food.
