Professional and courteous staff- Staff was courteous and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean and comfortable, offering everything needed for a restful stay. Dining options - Excellent Fitness facilities - I would consider staying at Courtyard by mariott kochi airport again and recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and welcoming environment

Check in very smooth. Very comfortable room and superb pool. Location for airport excellent and shuttle taxi provided by hotel a bonus. Service in restaurant could have been quicker in the evening but all staff very good.

Chosen for overnight accommodation in proximity to Cochin airport ahead of international flight to save long drive through traffic into the city. . It served its purpose. Room good size and perfectly quiet, bed very comfortable, bathroom had rain shower. Breakfast buffet offered good choice. Swimming pool good size for laps, didn’t use the onsite spa/gum. Feee airport shuttle a hints. What didn’t we like? a) Slowness of staff to respond to requests eg drink order by pool on evening arrival took 23 minutes to be delivered. Request at breakfast for cold milk to be replenished took similar time b) we had booked a Club Lounge right based off n advertised 11am to 10pm opening (allowing for both arrival drink & a lounge area if required for relaxation pre flight) but on arrival (8.30pm) told it was inky open 5-7pm. Disappointed as we had upgraded specifically for this facility.

The hotel is really worth its cost. It is not new, but very good maintained. Breakfast had big choice of Indian and European food. Pool is also good, bigger than on foto. There are also jacuzzi and small pool for kids. Highly recommend to visit spa

Close to airport, very comfortable, helpful staff, fabulous big pool. Very generous happy hour deal with free drinks and plenty of complimentary dishes so that we didn’t need supper.
