Very nice, family ran place close to the beach. Rooms are spacious and clean, outdoor space is green and kids friendly.Easy to find and communicate.

Excellent property with a big yard, clean pool, nice rooms. It exceeded our expectation for our summer vacay, The sandy beach is across the street and there is a lot of tavernas, beach bars and market. The area is calm at night and its so nice to hear the waves from the sea. In the yard of Littore Maris there is possibilities for making your own barbeque ( fish or meet) and to enjoy your meal by the pool or in the balcony. Every day our room was cleaned and the owner is very polite.

Our stay at Littore Maris was exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean and maintained throughout our visit by the joyful and attentive staff. Every staff member was dedicated to ensuring we had an enjoyable stay, which truly enhanced our experience. The location of Littore Maris is perfect for various reasons. If you're looking for a quiet beach, it's just a minute's walk away. For a more lively atmosphere with music, there are options just minutes away. We also visited Favela Beach in Stavros, a short 10-minute drive, which offered music all day and a vibrant atmosphere. The area is reasonably priced, with good restaurants offering delicious food. The property features a pool, which was perfect for our group of two families with three kids. We often spent our mornings by the pool and our afternoons at the beach. The garden provided ample space for the kids to play, which was fantastic. Additionally, Littore Maris offers car rental services on-site, which we used to visit Kavala. This convenience added to our positive experience. Overall, our stay at Littore Maris was amazing. The accommodations are run by a dedicated family who clearly cares about their guests. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, and there's even a BBQ area if you wish to use it. We highly recommend Littore Maris for a memorable and comfortable stay.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Littore Maris during our vacation in Greece, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the host Georgia, who made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which was especially appreciated after a long journey. The room we stayed in was very clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all of us. The amenities provided in the room were sufficient for basic cooking and preparing meals, adding to our overall comfort. The rooms were cleaned daily which really surprised us. Also the towels were regularly changed with fresh ones. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's pool area. It was immaculately maintained, offering a perfect spot for both relaxation and fun for the kids. The big yard also provides a lot of room to play, and spend the days relaxing. There is even an outdoor cooking and barbecue area, which we used. The location of the hotel is very close to a wonderful sandy beach, and also it was ideal for exploring the surrounding area of Nea Vrasna and Asprovalta. Overall, our stay at Littore Maris was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and beautiful surroundings made it a truly memorable experience for our family. We can't wait to return!

The hotel is great, it's located in a quiet area between Vrasna and Nea Vrasna. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming, the rooms are cleaned daily to perfection. Every room has a terrace or veranda where you can enjoy the view of the beautiful garden or watch your kids in the pool. The rooms are equipped with everything one could need. The beach is close, just across the street. We had a great time at Littore Maris!
