The Quinta was gorgeous, and the living room and library were amazing (there were books that eeee hundreds of years old!). The room was adequately sized and had a huge bathroom. Free parking in the huge compound.

We vacationed with the whole family (5 people) and rented three rooms of different categories and sizes and were extremely satisfied. The staff is incredible; the location is excellent, and the atmosphere is 10 out of 10.

Quinta do Campo was our favourite place to stay in Portugal. The property is beautiful and brims with its rich history. Joao, our host, was incredibly warm and welcoming, he showed us around the house and told us all about it. His family has owned Quinta do Campo for centuries and his love and care for the property shone through all the time. We particularly enjoyed the library and spent our evening there browsing the books and enjoying the atmosphere of the house. Having breakfast in a 900 year old wine cellar was lovely as well - you are surrounded by history everywhere on this property. We would highly recommend Quinta do Campo, because it is unique, well kept and a very special place to stay in!

This place is truly a slice of heaven on earth. Staying in a building that dates back to the 11th century is an unforgettable experience. The owner gave us an incredibly warm welcome and went out of his way to ensure we had an amazing stay. He even surprised us with a special gesture for our anniversary! I highly recommend booking a stay here if you're looking for a truly unique experience. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, with options to make a sandwich and enjoy some yogurt.
