Hotel Overview

Grotta Hotel is situated on a beautiful hillside, overlooking Naxos Town, yet only a short walk from the beach.
Guests can enjoy a generous breakfast served in the sunny breakfast room, a drink at the sitting area and stunning views at the spacious veranda, which overlooks the sea.
All the rooms are tastefully decorated and are kept spotlessly clean. Each has a balcony or terrace and is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, refrigerator and safe box.
Hotel facilities include information desk, assisting guests with transfer service, excursions to all parts of the island, excursions to neighbouring islands or sailing trips.
The Venetian Castle, Archaeological Museum, and Old Market are all within a short walking distance of the hotel. Also, just a few minutes’ walk away is Apollo's Temple.

“Excellent hotel with Amazing Staff”

They very welcoming excellent staff , room was comfortable location was perfect, amazing seaview from hotel even you can see temple of Apollo lit up at night just Amazing, I'm really confused to see this hotel to be 2*, this is more like 4* star hotel, you won't be disappointed staying there, I would be coming back to this place because everything is fantastic 😀 ❤️ 😊

Breakfast was superb. Very nice view from the restaurant. The only thing that was disappointing was the size of the room. I have travelled to Greece many times, and hotel rooms certainly tend to be smaller than North America, but this was truly postage stamp size. Everything worked perfectly and the bathroom was very good, but the room size was a problem.

Very welcoming staff and a wonderful breakfast. We were met at the ferry and dropped to the airport when leaving, which was such a bonus. Would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel.

Breakfast was amazing and always a little different each day. Garden view room had no water view but we didn’t mind as we were hardly in there. Room was comfortable, smallish but very adequate and very clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly. And free transfer and picks ups were a huge bonus! We even enjoyed the walking up and down the dirt track to reach town itself.

Wonderful hotel. The staff were so friendly. The breakfast was amazing. Short walk to the town but you will need a flashlight for the return. There is plenty of parking for small cars.

Great hotel, in a great location, great view from our balcony and just a few minutes walk to city. The breakfast buffet was fabulous with local touch taste and fantastic coffee machine. Very friendly staff. We got beach towel and umbrella from the hotel to explore beaches at proximity. Small parking space next to hotel. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna on site.

The property was beautiful, location was great and staff were amazing. The hotel is gorgeous and kept exceptionally clean. It was comfortable, and the view from the sea view rooms is stunning! The view is also incredible from the breakfast room and the rooftop. The breakfast was an impressive spread and was delicious. I looked forward to breakfast everyday! And to top it off, the staff were warm and friendly and more than happy to help me with recommendations and organising my days, it really feels like a family run hotel. I would love to stay again, and am so grateful for the wonderful staff!
