For resort transfers, guests must contact the resort directly and make a booking in advance at least 3-5 days before the arrival date, to check the scheduled transfer time.Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner On 31st December is required to pay with resort team or directly book via Email [email protected] for Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa directly.New Year's Eve Gala Dinner (31st December), there is additional charge as below;
- Child age 0-1 year stays free with an accompanied adult.
- Child age 2-11 years old will be charged THB 1,500 /person/night and including breakfast.
- Adult age 12 years old and over will be charged THB 3,000 /person/night and including breakfast.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

I was here for my 30th birthday and it was exceptional The place is absolutely stunning, and our villa was magnificent. The decor was gorgeous to the smallest details. Having a private pool and bathtub, really made the stay even more special ! The breakfast was delicious and with plenty of variety The massages were incredible, honestly one of the best we’ve ever had The staff were incredibly kind. They even decorated the room for the occasion, made a birthday cake, and filmed a video for us at the end of the dinner – such a thoughtful gesture! They truly went above and beyond for the romantic dinner on the beach 😍 We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back! Special thanks to Palm and all the staff 🙏🏻

Unreal, the whole resort starting with the architecture, staff, facilities is top notch and offered an amazing experience for us! Would definetly recommend this to anyone looking to get a taste of pure thai experience

Located in a quiet part of Phuket, the resort is very comfortable, and the villa is big and luxurious. The pool is large and next to the beach. Excellent place for rest and relax.

The beach was absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters and soft, golden sand, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The amenities were top-notch, offering everything you could possibly need for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The hotel’s restaurant was a culinary delight! The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was both elegant and inviting. This hotel exceeded all of our expectations, and we cannot recommend it highly enough. The property is amazing. Stunning location set on the beach. Rooms massive. A little pricey in the bar and restaurant but not excessive, still marginally cheaper than you would pay in the UK. Internet in resort was good.

Very nice resort with super friendly staff. Also a lot of staff. Amazing beach, quiet en many sun loungers. Super comfy bed and nice facilities in the villa. Amazing nature in the resort and maintenance is doing a great job. Gym is also great. Breakfast was OK but we expected more for the price.

Beautiful atmosphere with a nice private beach and comfortable accommodations. Staff were all very kind and friendly, service was excellent, gym was nice. Pool was also good. All-in-all we enjoyed were stay and will likely return.

This is an incredible place to stay, the resort is chic and boutique. The gardens and grounds are impressive and gorgeous with tropical plants and amazingly well maintained gardens. The staff are super nice and the beach is pristine, vast and quiet. The pools are ginormous and the spa service and treatments are increíble. The villas are absolutely huge and beautiful with private pool and sun loungers.
