Location was stunning, staff were amazing (went over and beyond on multiple points. For example they learnt our favourite breakfast item and made it especially at the buffet!). The range of activities was great, we never ran out of things to do. Friendly, laid back vibe but kept up the fanciness at the same time. We loved the pool and made use of it daily.

The hotel is located right on the Natadola Beach, beautiful garden landscape. The room we have is spacious and have a beautiful outlook to the beach and the Pacific Ocean. All staff are very friendly, and accomodating. I did a vlog for this stay, you can find the video at my YouTube account - Alan Law.

All the friendly staff went above and beyond our expectations, esp Ben the pool attendant at Toba Bar, Vara at toba restaurant, CK, John and Stanley near/in toba Bar. We will definitely be visiting again soon, the pools and facilities, the atmosphere everything was perfection. Thank you Intercontinental and their staff, for the most memorable experience and holiday. Our kids and i loved every minute of our stay.

The staff went above and beyond and made us feel like family from day 1. My son had a bad ear infection and they checked in on us every day making sure he was okay. Absolutely loved it and can’t wait to go back

We love everything!! From the beach to the room, from the food to the staff, all are excellent! We booked a beachfront view room, and were upgraded to a beachfront view beach access room. This is really a big bonus, the beach access is so much convenient for us to walk to the beach. We stayed 3 nights and had breakfast and dinner in 3 different restaurants, all serves delicious and fresh food. Prices are reasonable. We went out for dinner on the first night, there is really not much food outside and not cheap also. We truly satisfied with our vacation at InterContinental Fiji. Natadola beach is the best for sunset view. Our most relaxing vacation.
