Nous avons tout aimé ! Le logement, le cadre, la décoration, la propreté, l’accueil et la générosité d’Amillo (dit Kinson). Ir was an exceptional experience! After years of experience with Booking and Airbnb, I can say without hesitation that Amillo (Kinson) is the best host we have ever met. His warm welcome, attentive support, and seamless check-in made our stay absolutely perfect. He is more than kind—he is truly wonderful! The accommodation is a true haven of peace: calm, relaxing, just a few steps from the sea, and beautifully decorated with great care and taste. Even the outdoor space is a sanctuary of serenity, designed for ultimate relaxation. Everything is meticulously arranged to ensure maximum comfort, and you can feel the attention to detail in every aspect of the stay. Plus, the place is spotlessly clean! We only stayed for one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. I would return here without hesitation, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay. On top of that,Kinson is incredibly easy to talk to, making every exchange a real pleasure. If you’re hesitating—don’t! Book without a second thought! The Host, most importantly! The property is luxurious for this price vs. hotels. In a hotel there is less chance for such a good friend in-house who helps with everything and so. I got a very decent small house next to the big settlement with full private areas. The host helped me to sort out questions regarding tours too and took me into the city too and gave airport transfer as well. Plus above any other property: amenities, full of them, not only a bottle of water. I advise everyone to book here and apart having a decent deal of an apartment, good to know a very intelligent, wise, transparent and open-minded man! It is great for those too who are short in time and first timers on this island. You definitely would want to return after this!

The owner was an exceptional communicator throughout the process. I asked if he was able coordinate pick up at the airport and he confirmed he would. Once we arrived we messaged him and he was at the airport in 10 minutes. This accommodation was beautiful, exactly as described in a quiet neighborhood on a large property. The property was stocked with snacks, bottled water, flip flops, lots of towels, coffee, toothbrushes, etc. it was 1/2 block to the beach and a 20 minute walk to an awesome restaurant. It is the only place I’ll stay if I return to the Bahamas. Great value, in a fabulous location with excellent hosts!!

Location was excellent, just a few minutes from the airport. My Host offered to come and pick up at the airport, he told me taxi was very expensive. The host really , amazing, he took me to the supermarket and around town for shopping. The room had everything you can ask for, you can have your meal in the room. I will stay here again next time

We were very happy about our stay at sea Shells. Everything was perfect and amillo was a great host, who helped us a lot during our stay. I can totally recommend sea shells as a stay in Nassau!

Location was good, very near to the airport. Host receives you in a kindly way, with snacks, drinks and ice. His responses are very quick and always attentive to any additional request that you may have.
