The room perfectly met the expectations. William was available and ready to help. They also have a couple of bikes we rented and they are the perfect means for getting around. Overall, I would definitely recommend it if you don't expect/want a resort holiday. Within walking distance is a local supermarket, a breakfast place that is also part of "gourmet" tours (the New Duff), and a bit further away is Fish Fry with plenty of restaurants. We also used the pool on the last day when we were just waiting to go to the airport in the afternoon.

the airbnb is very close to downtown and to the beach! we rented a scooter and it took us max 5/7 min to get more or less everywhere! the room is big enough if you are searching for a place where to rest, make some food and take a shower! the breakfast is very good and they have various options! we loved it, nobody bothered us at all, we’ll definitely will go there again!

Washing machine worked well, good wifi connection, clean, Bahama Grill just down the road. Very reliable taxi driver recommendation. Nice pool. Area to sit outside the room

Location is good if you want to feel more immersed in the Nassau culture while still being comfortable and safe. Breakfast at the Colony Club is good, and the free drinks every night were awesome. William is very friendly and helpful. Transfer from the airport was smooth using the recommended taxi service.

Great stay and very good location! William is a great and very helpful host, always happy to answer any of your questions! The studios are comfortable for two people and in walkable distance from Nassau centre. Happy hour by the pool was lovely. Thank you!
