The fine print
Guests must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that when booking 5 or more rooms, it is considered a group and must be confirmed with the sales department at Comfort Suites Paradise Island. Please note that $50 is required as an incidentals deposit and a $100 hold daily is required if a guest wants to make changes to the rooms for restaurant or pool service consumption.
The WINTER Food & Beverage booking window is November 4, 2024 – March 15, 2025. Travel window January 4 – March 15, 2025. Three to Five nights stay = $50 food & beverage and Six nights stay or more = $100 food & beverage credit.
Same day one-night bookings will NOT have access to Atlantis amenities. Advanced booking is required. Please note that complimentary use of Atlantis facilities including Aquaventure waterpark is only available from official check-in time at 3 pm on the day of arrival to official check-out time at 11 am on the day of departure. The following tax and charges are applicable: 10 Value Added Tax, 11 Resort Levy, 7.00 USD per person, per day housekeeping charge. 39.50 USD Hotel Service Charge per person per day. 40.00 USD added to the rate for 3rd and 4th adults, plus Valued Added Tax. Guests 16 years and over are charged as adults. Children ages 12 – 15 pay all fees 46.50 USD per person, per day. Children ages 0 – 11 are free. Each room will require a guest 21 years old or older to check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Maximum of 4 people per room.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Good location few mins from Atlantis. Obviously much cheaper option than staying in Atlantis itself. Nice hotel, good pool, free rum punch every afternoon which was cool. Breakfast included, not extensive but had a few options. Room size was good and bed was comfy. You get free entrance to Atlantis included which was great. Staff were nice. Shout out to Darrens who took our bags for us, such a lovely guy, he deserves a promotion! Easy to get a taxi from the front of the hotel. Overall a pretty decent stay.

excellent location, full use of Atlantis for half the price of actually staying at the Atlantis. it was only a small walk to the water parks and like 2-3min walk to the marina village. room was clean and comfortable and service was great

Good - big rooms good AC, cleaning staff work hard, pool area nice, good use of Atlantis facilities, hotel kept clean. Bad- WAY WAY to slow to check in it was like staff were trying to act busy doing nothing, breakfast is poor and like a scene from a prison being handed your food and organised chaos! Vending machines don’t work, life guard is a jobs worth got in the pool (just dropped in) and was told no “jumping”….

Great location next to the Atlantis. Bed was extremely comfortable. Handy to have a washing line over the bathtub to dry beach clothes! Staff were lovely, especially the wonderful Reginald on front desk who was just so welcoming and friendly!!
