The room was on the side of the interstate so it was incredible noisy. Location not bad as in walking distance to town.. reception staff uninterested and not very friendly

We booked an upgrade to a King Room but when we arrived were told there were none available. No apology. Just too bad. We got to our room and found that the air conditioner would run continuously and very loudly. No adjustments would make it stop. We rang reception who said they would send someone to look at it. We waited about an hour but then needed to go out to dinner. When we got back the air con was still running. Rang reception again. This time someone came. He couldn't fix it. He called his Supervisor who came and also couldn't fix it. So about 10pm we were told we could move to another room, which we did. This was at the end of a long day of travel. We stayed for 4 nights and only had the room serviced once and that was when I called and asked for it. My keycard would not work even after I visited reception to have it re-keyed so we just used my wife's. The staff at the bar were friendly and helpful and their burgers were delicious but all the other staff seemed to have no interest in providing any customer service. The location is good for walking to Broadway but I wouldn't stay here again.

Over the river from broadway, but only a 10-15 walk over foot bridge to get there. Orthea on reception is excellent. Justin on bar is good provided lots of little tips. Rooms are good .

The noise of the ducted air conditioner even when it was turned off had to sleep either ear plugs in

Location was great . Main road just outside but didn't impact our sleep at all. Great big room with quality amenities . Staff were friendly. Close to the airport . 10 min with uber.
