Every thing. Located perfectly for first time visitors. Travelling with teens, I felt safe to duck out for a bite in the hotel leaving them in the room. Separate fryers for Gluten Free food in Barlines was brilliant for my coeliac daughter

Gorgeous hotel, from the moment you arrive you truly feel you are on vacation. Staff were at the door to greet and manage luggage, check-in was a breeze. The location is perfect, just steps from Broadway and food and drink options as well as the Country Music Hall of Fame all accessible from the main lobby. Our room was lovely, great view of the city and comfortable beds. Rooftop pool and hot tub were perfect (would love to return in warmer weather for the rooftop bar!) Definitely recommend and will stay here again!

The location is perfect - you're right in the action downtown and can get to most places very easily. The whole team there are so friendly - my partner and I got engaged while we were in Nashville and the team went above and beyond for us to make it special. The room and the view was really wonderful as well with very comfy beds to crash out in after a long day out in the Honky Tonks! Beautiful hotel.

The location, rooms, amenities and shared areas were super. We were there the weekend the titans played the packers so a great buzz. On Saturday night the barman at the lobby bar was the ultimate host. Barlines was a great bar on site and the bar man Ryan went above and beyond which meant we returned a few times. It's a great choice of hotel.

The staff was the best part of our stay. Michael and Virginia went absolutely above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time there. I would go back just for the excellent staff and service!!

bed was so comfortable cleaning staff came in the morning--loved that hotel was in a great location near everything loved that we could walk everywhere staff fantastic Phillip checking in and the new manager was so kind coffee people downstairs were outstanding pool was outstanding and the woman at the entrance of the pool was so accomodating
