Staff in early check communicated everything, and supported in checking what was booked and also flexible. Very polite and treated me like a welcomed guest. Check-in and check-out experience, was top class - and it felt like a really cosy hotel attracting really happy individuals with a clearly professional yet positive culture. Nothing to complain about.

Having stayed at The Rembrandt before, it was an easy choice as to where I wanted to spend my birthday this year! As before, the standard was exceptionally high. The staff were incredibly helpful as unlike before, this time I was in a wheelchair. They couldn't have done more. The room was spotless and provided everything we needed. The food as always was very good and room service prompt. Our beds were ridiculously comfortable and we slept really well. Naturally, I will be staying again (hopefully without the chair next time!).

Fantastic location, opposite the V&A and near the Science Museum. Nearby tube station with direct line to Kings Cross. Great room with all the services needed.

Rembrandt is in an ideally situated, the staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you, breakfast is great and the room is clean and adequate for a short stay. Hotel very close to museums, Harrods and Hyde Park. Great break away at a great place.

Excellent staff has always,property kept clean&tidy to very high standards,special mention for Pablo German,our most curious and excellent concierge and true friend on our both times at this lovely hotel.

The hotel was lovely the executive twin was ideal . Only concerns were room was a little bit cold and it wouldn’t allow you to turn the heating up much
