Quick and friendly contact with staff, very clear and simple entry instructions. The room was modern and spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable, and the ceiling fan was essential in the summer heat. The coffee machine and self-service drinks fridge were a lovely touch. Will definitely use again if staying in Narva.
