Please note the shuttle service to the airport must be reserved at check-in. Shuttles cannot be reserved prior to check-in.
Guests must use public transport to get to the airport when the seats are fully booked. Please also be informed that groups of 10 guests or more may not be able to use the shuttle, as the shuttle is a small vehicle.

We stay here everytimes I visited Narita. Location is great , very close to Keisei Narita and not far from JR station. Room is quite large and comfortable. All facilities in rooms are well functioned. Clean, comfortable bed and the price is reasonable for 3 beds. We love it .

The location is excellent and very convenient since it is close to the train station. The room was well equipped and used the space very efficiently. It's smaller than Western hotels but I didn't find it as crowded as other business hotels. I enjoyed the hotel breakfast.

Perfect hotel to stay in upon landing in Narita and also on the day before our flight home. Check in was quick, room was spacious enough for all 3 of us and I'm happy with the free shuttle that took us back to the airport on the morning of our flight. Lots of places to eat and several convenient stores within walking distance. We will definitely book Richmond again on our next visit to Tokyo!
