Standard hotel, great for a night but could stay longer. Close to convenience stores and dinner places. Close to train stations.

Great location, and this hotel served its purpose well as a point for Narita airport. They provide a free shuttle bus to the airport which was a huge bonus we weren't aware of. Next to some great food options and very easily accessible

Staff were very friendly and yet very polite. Free shuttle bus from and to airport was convenient but I wish there were more shuttle buses available. Room was clean and there was room clothing provided, it was nice touch. I felt like relaxed.

The property is close to the airport, which was great for us, as we could go in and out of the airport for things like withdrawals (when our Union Pay card wouldn't work in most parts of the city), but that was due to our fault and no one else. The place is clean and the staff was very helpful and polite, they offered room service each morning.

One of the best accomodations I've been to. The staff was super friendly, there are lots of free pamphlets for activities for the region and beyond, and the free Origami DIY was super fun. The room (traditional japanese) was huge with an awesome view on the pond. I loved the futon and the Japanese pyjama's, they were so comfortable. Definitely try the onsen too, it was super relaxing. I would love to stay here again.

Nice Japanese business Hotel. Staff were friendly and quickly responded to any questions. Some spoke English and the others could understand my basic Google Translate aasisted Japanese. I loved the hotel's Japanese breakfast. It was a level above the typical Japanese breakfasts in this price range. If you want a western breakfast, you'll be disappointed.
