The staff was so welcoming when we arrived by shuttle. Helped us with our luggage and delivered them to our room after check in. Room was large and clean. Several restaurants on site, and a 24 hour Lawson in the lobby. Everything you need and more for an airport hotel.

The hotel was advertised as 50m from the airport which is why I chose it but it ended up a 10 minute shuttle bus ride which wasn't so bad and was free. Room service only starts at 6pm sadly and the Buffet in the restaurant was well overpriced at 6,000 yen each and not much to go crazy about. You will be better of eating at the Burger Bar or getting a take out from the Lawson shop which had all sorts of treats at reasonable prices.
