Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.From February 1, 2024, the shuttle bus schedule between Narita Airport and the hotel will change.

The lobby was beautiful. Loved that there was a Family Mart and a restaurant. Loved the little garden walk to see the big pond with fish. Everything was very clean.

Shuttles from airport and to Narita area including mall and temple/park are grear. Sizeable room for families, pajamas, tea, kettle etc make for a comfortable stay! On-site onsen is great.
