For guests booking Late Check-in and Early Check-out rates, please note the following: - Check-in is only available after the indicated time. - Check-out time cannot be extended. - Guests also cannot switch to another room to say for more than 1 night.
The hot spring bath is open from 12:00 till 23:00 (entry till 22:30). Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
From February 1, 2024, the shuttle bus schedule between Narita Airport and the hotel will change. Please check with the hotel reception for details.
The hot spring bath is closed daily from 16 Dec.2024 to 17 Dec. 2024. Renovation work is done daily.
[Notice of emergency construction work on the open-air bath] Please note that the hotel will be carrying out renovation work on the open-air baths (men's and women's baths) on the following dates: 18th November to 23rd December, 2024 The open-air baths will be closed during this period. The indoor baths will be available for use as usual (Except 16th and 17th of December).Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
