This is a friendly family-run hotel, in a charming old house, well-situated for the train station. We arrived on an early train and were able to book in and leave our luggage. When we returned at 5pm our (heavy) rucksacks were up in the room waiting for us. Most importantly we slept very well up under the eaves.

Near the city center, less than 10 min walk. You can park easily in the same street or near (the parallel street is for free). We were in a rush and just stayed for a night but they were really nice and teh room was comfortable and tidy.

Breakfast was excellent! The Front Desk Team of Ulanda and Christian were exceptional in their service and warm welcome! In addition, Christian, went ‘beyond’ all service expectations by personally assisting (and carrying) our luggage to the nearby Train Station. He then returned 15 minutes later to ensure our (very heavy) suitcases were safely stowed aboard. He undertook this extraordinary service with such a positive, professional and upbeat attitude! Our stay at the “Will’s Hotel” will be long and fondly remembered. We will definitely recommend this charming hotel to friends in both Canada as well as in France!

Location was great (near trainstation and city centre). Room was big. Beds were very good. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was superb!

Newly renovated room (#3) was very comfortable and quiet, with a view of a terrace full of plants. Perfect location made it easy to walk from the train station with all our luggage, and into the town centre. Our hosts were very friendly and kind. We were very glad we picked this hotel.

We just stayed for one night as were needed to catch a train from Narbonne Station. There is no lift but that was not a problem as the staff were really helpful and carried our bags up to the room. In fact the staff were fantastic.
