Nice onsen, all the necessities to clean oneself after available, bottomless hot and cold drinks from 3PM to 11PM, ice lollies for free near onsen, free massage chairs, the breakfast buffet was nice, the location was super (opposite Nara train station).receptionists were very nice, helped me book another hotel night in another city in Japanese.

Nicely laid out Japan style Hotel on Tatami mats and shoes off at the door. The rooms are small but cosy. In a good location next to the main train station

Best hotel we stayed for our trip. Loved the onsen facilities and free ice cream after! Family loved the free ramen and fabulous breakfast spread.

The whole hotel is tatami floors. Staff are super nice. There is a free drink machine that dispenses matcha lattes. The onsen was also so good. Super close to Nara station. Worth the money

Everything. I like that you have to leave your shoes at the entrance of the hotel so you can wear their slippers and robe anywhere in the hotel. There’s a gentleman at the entrance who was very helpful to my boy with special needs when he had difficulty leaving his shoes at the entrance. Great customer service. The hot spring was simply lovely and relaxing that we decided to use it for all 3 days. The hotel also has extra surprises for a foodie like me. Location wise, it’s right next to Nara station so it was really convenient for us. The deer park is just a short bus ride away. Lastly, we opted for the hotel’s japanese breakfast and it was delicious!! Still thinking about it now. :) While it’s pricier than the other hotels we stayed in throughout our trip, it was well worth it.
