Great japanese traditional style house. Rooms are awesome. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at this hostel in December last year. The room was clean and cozy, and the heating was great. The staff was very helpful and recommended a local food place. However, the location was a bit far from the metro station, about a 15-minute walk. So the overall value for money was good.

I really liked this hostel and even extended my stay by 2 days to explore the wider area. At check-in, Yuyo (sorry about the spelling) was particularly helpful and always had time for the guests. Wifi was good. Hot showers and very clean throughout. The cafe has a limited menu but food was great! I would definitely stay here again.

This is really cozy place for the people who wants to have a good rest during the journey in Nara city. Everybody keeps the order,and the facilities also convenient for using.The host is nice...Everything there bring me back to the time my first visit to Tokyo. Anyway,I recommend this place.

The property is very japanese-like. The rooms are really small and the walls thin if nonexistent. But the place is really cool.

Very quiet, check in easy, traditional bedroom, they smiling and was able to help if needed. I recommend this Guesthouse.

This place has everything you want in a hostel, the 2 young men working at the reception were both very helpful and friendly and spoke english, i was allowed to put my bicycle in the garden in the centre of the house where it was very secure so i was very happy with that. The hostel/guest house has a small cafe at the front and serves breakfast and coffee and there is also a kitchen area with a dining table elsewhere in the building.

Good-ish location, 15 mins walk to main attraction, but I also enjoy all the little streets and alleys around the guesthouse. The staffs are friendly and helpful, happy to give recommendations too.
