Lovely redesigned family property, now an inn. Very easy to come and go, within walking distance of everything. Great traditional room and property.

The room and furniture. You really feel set back in time a little bit, which certainly adds to the flair of the dwelling and suits Nara.

Amazing location in the centre of Nara and set up as a traditional Japanese inn. It felt very safe and lots of amenities were provided, including a traditional family bath or private showers so you could choose what you felt more comfortable with. Slippers were provided for the tatami flooring, there was a full hostel style kitchen, and everything was very clean. Also, we arrived very early on the morning of our stay before check in so phoned the company, who let us leave our bags there until check in time which was very appreciated. I will absolutely be staying again, and have recommended to friends!
