- we could drop our luggage before check in time. - not responsive on booking but owner is very friendly when you meet her. - shared bathrooms but very clean & comfortable. (separate toilet) - big shared kitchen available. - room size bigger than the standard ones (more space). - well located and 15min walking distance from Nara park.

Easy walk to many attractions and town centre/rail station, very clean and modern, but in a very traditional area . Every amenity from keyless entry to spotless showers and toilets, to comfortable beds/bedding, big room,free coffee/tea Very pleased by the thoughtfulness of the host.

in a quiet residential area. very clean and neat. close to most of the popular sightseeing spot. owner is very helpful, let us keep of baggage after check out. also sent us to station.

The hostess is an incredibly kind lady who really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and comfortable.
