A lovely stay and a wonderful experience ! I loved this hotel, and was very happy for selecting it. An ideal location, very confortable, clean, and excellent hospitality !

The accommodation is in a building in a central area. The room is very spacious, a cool balcony to the street. A large and spacious bed. There are always fresh pastries on the entrance floor.

Location close to metro station, shops and restaurants, loved the coffee and cake station outside our room in common area, great breakfast, Wifi compatible TV. Reception available and helped us with all our queries. Lift available which was a big plus.

I cannot fault anything about Napoli Class. Location is great, the welcome and level of customer care were exceptional, and the loft rooms were lovely. I really can thoroughly recommend!
