Excellent location. Close to Napoli Centrale, sightseeing,restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere. Would stay there again, definitely.

It is a nice hotel very close to the Central Train Station (which is not the best area but practical for sure if you wish to travel around). The price was reasonable, the staff was kind and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was a typical Italian one with coffee, biscuits and jam.

As a first time solo traveller, the area seems a little offputting at first. However, looks can be deceiving. The staff are kind and accommodating, and the rooms are amazing.

Staff was absolutely friendly. When I came earlier I asked to leave my luggage there. They took it without any problem and placed it later in my room. Inside is everything modern and completely clean. The bed was great because for me I need a harder and better bed. Fortunately after already a long travel in Italy with soft beds this was like a dream 😍 Metro is very near

The room was clean with a fridge and air-conditioning. Location was close to the train station. Breakfast was included, but limited to a croissant, yoghurt, and some little tarts.

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Despite not speaking any English they made an effort to direct us where and how to go to places, etc. They were very kindd letting us leave our luggage to collect them later.
