If I could rate it 20/10 I would. Everything was excellent. The rooms were spotless and the staff was as friendly as it goes. I hope to visit again sometimes in the future. This is the place to be when in Naples. They left me speechless. Keep it up!

The property was lovely, a little difficult to find but great facilities and very clean. Appeared to be in a great spot but we didn’t have time to really explore the area.

As a travel blogger, I know that after a day of sightseeing, travelers are in search of a comfortable place to sleep but staff can really up-level their accommodation experience. Matti from Tredici Boutique Rooms did just that. Matti was kind enough to pick my father and I up from the train station and bring us to the hotel when our train was delayed and we arrived after 11pm. He is concerned of his guests, friendly, knowledgeable of his city and ready to share this with all. Thanks to him we saw the major sights in Naples, tasted the best Napoli pizza and made the most out of our 2 day stay. Aside from Matti, the attention to detail in the room was excellent and the stay was in a central location close to many attractions. Will happily return here.

Extremely nice and helpful host, everything was just perfect. Very clean apartment and very nice location. Andrea gave us some excellent recommendations for visiting the city. We recommend the place and hope to come back one day!

Great location. Only met one staff member once , but they kept me up to date regularly on WhatsApp . Checking if we needed anything, very helpful. Mostly came in contact with cleaner who was helpful too. Rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend and return.

The help by the host at this place is of different level, never received such an excellent service before. We arrived very late at night because of flight delay, he was in touch all the time and was present there for smooth checking. He gave a lots of information about the restaurants and other things. He also called taxi for us when we needed (normal taxi, not overpriced). The location is also good, two minutes of walk to the historical center and many restaurants. The ferry port is also in walking distance. The room was beautiful and clean with balcony. So overall highly satisfied.
