Breakfast was excellent. There were more options than any hotel I’ve stayed in. Free coffee any time of day. Staff sent informative videos ahead of stay and was helpful at all times. Excellent location with most major attractions walkable and nearby subway station.

Hotel looked a little shabby on arrival through the courtyard but the room was very modern, clean and cool with a roof terrace. Breakfast was delicious and staff were helpful.

This hotel is in an excellent location with very good transport links. We stayed for a week and found it a great base for travel in and around Naples by metro, train and ferry. The breakfast was exceptionally good with an amazing range of choices, and we found the staff both helpful and welcoming.

Set in an old palazzo right on the ‘High Street’ of Naples, it is right in the heart of things, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast delightful, with a good choice to suit most tastes. But it is the staff who make the place. Having had my flight cancelled, they found me a room despite being fully booked, took great care of me, offering use of the lounge and other facilities after I had checked out. I would stay here again and recommend it.

We were at the new part of the hotel. the room was huge, a big comfortable bed and 2 balconies. Jacuzzi and shower room. the place is on the Toledo road on the city center. It is a comfortable 5 min walk to the metro. breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables 😋. we received the codes to the door by WhatsUp, and during the day, you have someone in the reception.
