This was a fantastic and comfortable room for a 4 night stay in Naples. The room is just as it appears in the pictures - simple but nice furnishings, very large room with high ceiling and nice street views from the room balcony on the 4th floor. The bed was firm but quite comfortable, great air conditioning, and the bathroom and shower were great. There is an elevator available for 20 cents per trip. The location is good - close to the airport by taxi, 5 minute taxi to Napoli train station (approximately 15 euros cost), and bus stop across the street (approximately 2 euros per trip into the main areas of Naples). The hosts were very helpful and allowed us to store our bags for free after checking out to spend more time in the city on our final day. Overall a great place to stay for a reasonable price.

Location was really good, nice seafood restaurant nearby. Staff was helpful and really kind🙂 we enjoyed our time in 🇮🇹🙂 airport was not so far from the hotel 🙂

Well, I fall on love with this place from the first second when I saw it 😍- the interior, the old furniture…the piano in my room and at the lobby🔥 Everything was like from the old 17 or 18 century where I’d like to live … Thank to the owner for keeping this place in a such mystery and ancient aesthetic.🫶🏼 My room was perfecto 🤌🏼 With balcony and the view on the Main Street. I enjoyed my staying in Naples for these 4 days for 1000%❤️ The place is quite close to the old city and in 20 minutes from the seaside. And additional «thank» 🫂 to Antonio. He helped me with everything - started with advice on my arrival, waiting for me in the late evening because of my delayed flight and for taking care about everything I could need - places to visit, food “must to try in Naples» and for … …for being so kind person 🙏🏼 with deep soul…it felt like the place has its own history. So just like the manager does - with his own history. So … talking about the place - I LOVED IT ❤️ Thank to owner for saving this architecture and all in order/cleanliness and thank to Antonio for fulfilling this place with some meaning and sense because of his presence ✨

The property consists of a number of hotel style rooms inside an apartment block on the 4th floor. This can be reached by a lift which costs 20 cents, however this is standard across Naples. The property is accessed via a courtyard from the street, which is shared with a restaurant. This seems to have caught a lot of people by surprise however it doesn’t spoil anything about the property at all. You can’t hear the restaurant or the road, even from the balcony, and the restaurant itself, 'A Figlia d''o Marenaro, is fantastic. The property is about 20 minutes walk from all the major areas of the city, such as the train station, the shopping quarter and the Piazza Bellini. It’s on the main road and taxis can stop right outside. The room was nice, clean and comfortable and looked like something out of Bridgerton. The bathroom was similarly nice and the water pressure good. The wifi was very fast and the signal was strong. The only issue we had was the bathroom door would not close as the hinge is loose at the bottom, however this would appear to be an easy fix. The host, Sergio, was amazing. He asked when we were arriving and greeted us with a Limoncello each. Antonio, who we only met on the last day, was also great and sorted us a taxi within minutes. After checking out we were allowed to keep our luggage in a room until later in the day at no cost.
