The room was really clean and the staff was 24h available. Really pretty view and the facilities matched my needs. The price was satisfying, it could be higher and I wouldn't mind for what they provided.

Charming hotel on the 5th floor of a classical building (including a charming escalator), and tall enough to be very quiet at night.

Very friendly staff and nice rooms. We used this as a place to stay in between landing from Napoli airport and travelling to Sorrento. 24hour front desk is great for people who have a late flight into Naples

Everything was great! The room, the view, the amazing location and the very friendly staff. Just opposite the metro station in a very classic Italian building.

Location was great for us as joining a cruise the next morning, the man on reception was lovely, friendly and very helpful. We where able to check in late and we could leave bags at left luggage for a small fee

We always like to stay in the centre of things, and the location was brilliant, 50 metres from the metro station, lots of cafes and bars, and in walking distance of the Castle Nuevo and the port. The room was cleaned properly every day, with fresh towels, and the staff were lovely and friendly. The hotel is on the fifth floor of the building and our room had a great views over the square and into the distance to St Elmo's castle on the hill overlooking Naples. The room was very large with a high ceiling so felt spacious, and had a small balcony.

Excellent location, really close to many attraction. Room is little bit old-fashioned, but really clean. Bed was comfortable, owner and all other staff were really friendly. Owner was really nice when we arrived at the hotel around midnight or when we asked after check out to leave our suitcases there until the evening. The elevator was really old fashioned, but it did the work :)
